OK..4.75 iches too high..how to adjust blade on Great Dane surfer?

I got all the mowers working..finally, Thanks for all help..but the Great Dane Surfer (early model) has blades cutting almost 4.75 inches high! Looks that the whole mower should be lowered. or atleast the blades. Is their a procedure to follow or know? meaning deck height in colalition with blade height? Is their a 'rule of the thumb' like say blades never below deck ,ect.. (just a example). thanks again- What a good group here! Geno

update..I took a better look at GD- It is very obvious the only way to lower the cut..is to lower whole deck. unlike my Scag,ect..that uses spacers. So just disregard this post- Thanks..Geno ( P.S. I'm sure newer GD's are adjustable- this is early model)
