gas in oil help

The needle valve was stuck open and fuel mixed with the oil. I drained the oil, should I add new oil only or treat it differently? 14hp Kawi

I'd drain and replace the oil after I worked on the carb. I'd try to make certain the needle valve didn't stick again (replace it). And to be on the safe side from now on I'd probably install a fuel cutoff to avoid another problem like this.

Any mystery oil or other oil treatment?

I would put a little oil in the cylinder and turn it t over with the plugs out. Since they were gas washed, there is no residual oil left.
