I found a strip mall i would like to place a bid on (is 500k enough) insurance?

Insurance is a tricky thing. Usually you would want to contact the property and see if they have any requirements.

All the commercial business we do usually requires at least 1 million aggregate for liability insurance/workman's comp claims.

It is really up to you, I would think 500k is enough, but some companies require more for people contracting for them.

i agree check with them, and see if they have a requirement, something like that, i would think, they would want at least 1 million for coverage. My father sells insurance, and had me get 2 million for general liability with a million dollar umbialla, better safe than sorry
