Just bought this last month from Lesco/JDL. I gave it a test run around my house (all of 80ft of edging) and that is it! I like my echo trimmers better, they feel more comfortable than the Kawi, so now this has to go. It has a little bit of grass residue down by the head and shaft. I don't have actual pics yet but it is exactly like the one shown on the pic.
