Just looking for the proper rebuild instructions and diagrams for this Zama 2 cycle carb K27A/2XE. The carb is on a Mantis Mini Tiller with a C1U engine SV-4/B which is an ECHO engine. The problem with the original unit was the fuel was just pouring thru the choke hole when fuel was put in the tank. I rebuilt with a kit from Stens part # 615-776 and know the unit runs but is still very slightly dripping fuel. What is the problem here ? Thanks for the Help.:usflag:

It's possible that the inlet needle is not seating properly. When you installed the kit, did you replace the inlet needle or just the gaskets/diagphram? When installing the needle, you should check for proper height of the metering lever for which a Zama tool is required.

Dutch, I just replaced the diaphrams and the spring and large needle that is on the flapper rocker piece across from the spring. Is there anywhere to get directions on rebuild ?
