Do you own a bed edger? How did you remove all the sod and crap to cleanup for the new beds.

Nice work. As asked before, did you use a bed edger for this? If so, what kind?

Thanks

How is the employee working out? How do you have to pay him?

He's only worked 2 full days so far, tomorrow will make 3. But so far so good. He did really good on this job, I didn't have to explain every little thing and he didn't just stand around watching me. I'm just giving him a check at the end of the week until he comes on full time, then I told him I'll be with holding taxes and all that other bs. I offered him a 10% commission on work that he brings in, he keeps bragging how good of a salesman he is. We knocked out 14 yards Friday from 8-2, and took a 45 minute lunch break, so I am now gonna be able to handle more work I hope.
