NICE work fellas!!

I see you got the hang of that machine REAL quick!

Not to jack your thread... but here's one I did yesterday w/ the new beasts...

I am in love w/ walkers... they just make me smile every time I unload the trailer.

Keep it up! :waving:

Did you guys ever consider going to split tail wheels to clean up those stripes?
We have this setup on a john deere machine and you wind up with a nice solid stripe.

No i actually havent considered it, but i might try and make a homemade striping kit. And Kris those stripes are looking GREAT! Yesterday i just noticed that the serivice engine light would go on for a couple seconds when you start it up and then it would come off, could that be the o2 censor or the ad fuse?

To sacrifice the manuverability around deep edges in mulch beds, just for the "clean" stripes... is DEFINETLY not worth it.

I've demoed a machine w/ the dual wheels and you have to be REAL careful around beds and tight turns. The wheel is further to the outside of the machine so it will go into the bed and destroy your nice smooth deep edge. :cool2:

I have the most anal, pickey of pickiest of customers and never ever has anyone commented on the tail wheel stripe.

If anything, I'd go w/ the single, wide tail wheel.... that makes the strip a little better, but again... you sacrifice some in the delicate grass where it will tear up a patch when you turn.

Honestly..... the only people that can notice the difference between a standard tail wheel or dual or single wide, are people like us.... who notice EVERY little detail.

A little obsessive/compulsive if you ask me.

Service light will come on for a few seconds EVERY time you start the machine no matter what.

If it's comming on anytime after that then you have a trouble code that gets stored in the computer.

Like I told you b4... the "all ok" code is 3 flashes, pause, then 2 (or 32). If you have more than one code storred then it will go through all codes in memory.

There is a special "code reset" that you can do after the problem is fixxed that will erase any storred codes. You may be seeing an old code that I never reset, as I do not know how to do the reset.

Gather your codes and call a licensed dealer, and they will tell you exactly what the problem is.

 Good luck and let me know what you come up with!!

Thanks Kris, yea im gonna take it to my local Kohler Dealer tomorrow because it says in the manual that if your service light comes up, take it to a certified kohler dealership and have them test the ecu. I hope they have it :Hammerhead:

Haven't updated this in a while. At the beginning of the year we purchased a brand new Scag 61" Turf Tiger, and couldn't be more happy with the investment! Here are some stripes from our Pro-V and Turf Tiger.
