sounds like a good deal to me:laugh: But honestly how could you even afford gas at that price. Maybe he adds a fuel surcharge on to the price?

Aw you missed the craigslist ad where the guy said "You tell me the price".

I wouldn't, probably just a teenager mowing for the summer.
It will be all right, don't worry about it.

I've had enormous luck with craigslist! Both sides of my business lawn care and handyman services. I've gotten some really good customers that are back again this summer.

Craigslist has not gotten me a single call...too many people on there just like the above post for me to compete with. I do not list prices on my ads, not even a starting price.

I have gotten a couple of calls from Craig's list. First one was too far away to even consider going to look at. The second one I gave a quote and never heard back. So goes the life.

I have gotten some calls using craigslist. the best way to do it is by limiting your geographical location. I put the name of the cities I want to service on the location part of the post. which are 10 miles away at the most from where I live.

Don't feel bad....there is one guy on there everyday in my area stating, "All Lawns $16.75." I've thought about calling him to do the 5 acre that I have and then keeping the change.
