Can I get some ideas on what I should do with this steep hill I have in my front yard. I am having a problem getting grass to hold( Bermuda)Terracing is to expensive any other thoughts on what might work.

Sometimes hills dry up faster than other areas. Increase the irrigation time on that slope, and you should see improvement.

Also increase your cutting height. The grass will be healthier and the ground shade will help keep the water from evaporating as fast.

Cut less.

Get some liquid fertilizer from Lowes or Home Depot. You can apply it with a garden hose. The grass that you do have will spread more. You could also go to a farm store and get a couple of small bales of bermuda hay and spread a thin layer of hay over the bare spots. The hay will hold moisture and make your watering last much longer. Spreading seed or laying out some pieces of sod couldn't hurt either.
