How much (percent) should you allow for the "fudge factor"?

Would depend highly on the job.

0%-20%.

EG; I gave a bid for full maint. at an apt. complex I did not want with a 25% add on price.

Another one I came $5,000 to high because of my fudge factor.

I'm not real good at remembering to add this to my bid. I need to put a sign above the computer to remember to add it in.
