deck scalp wheels

eh, i dont know exactly what they are called.. but.. im thinking about buying a exmark 36" metro hp and i didnt see any skid wheels on the deck.. is this a con? do you really need them.. i feel safer with them on there.. but what do you guys think?

I guessing your talking about the anti-scalp roller.It is on the back of the mower. It really doesnt do much if you have a 36" but you dont really need it. I wouldnt worry about.

I don't scalp much with a 52" or 60" so the 36" doesn't need them that bad.

As grassyfras said it is on the back right of the deck.

36" inches will hardly ever scalp especially the HPs since they are floating decks.
