Assuming we can get into the backyard with at least a 52" mower, our cost would be $38-45.00 per mowing based on a weekly service. However, the first thing I would rec. to you is to determine what your cost per hour of operation are for your company based on your equipment and overhead. Then put your price to it based on that. Although many of us seem to be very close in pricing, everyone's use-rates, costs and overhead are all different. Take the time to know yours and price the job accordingly.

With all due respect to all my peers on here, don't trust us to price your job. If we could trust our competition for pricing our jobs, the failure rate for the industry would not be so high. Just think about it.

Make it one yard at a time and they all add up!

Good luck.

Ahh yes, the pricing game again.

Like others here, I would price in MN at $35-$40 for this type of lawn.
Well cared for property, hence edging must be done.

The reason I said 12 dollars a week because he asked how much to charge this yard a week... For christ sake, Just bid it what do you think it worth. how long would it take to do it.. Don't ask us how much we would charge for it.. We can't go by the pics.. Something like that would cost about 35 dollars a week.. and I charged minimum of 25 dollars for a tiny yard..

Don't know about your part of Texas but max for that yard would be $30 and the justmowit boys would do it for $28.

$40 if I'm feeling generous, $45 would be better. Most likely the lawn is irrigated and well fed which means overgrowth every week. There's a softsided pool in the back yard you have to have to trim very carefully around. A lot of fence to trim around and tons of sidewalk/driveway edging. The homeowners also have a tendacy to leave stuff lying in the grass. There's a hose in the one pic.

Here in my area that would go for $25 to $28 with some lowballers willing to do it for $20.

yes i forgot to mention, i dont have a commercial mower that will fit in the back yard, i have a 50 inch and a 21", so the question moves to, how long would it take a one man crew mowing edgeing and blown off with a 21" mower

DoetschOutdoor

On a guestimate, I'd say 35 minutes to mow, edge, trim and blow. Maybe throw in 5-10 more minutes if the grass gets long every week.

I would charge $40.00 to $45.00 in my area just from looking at the pictures. Nice yards can take longer. I have to take wider turns and go slower, so as not to tear up the yard. There is also alot of edging to do on the yard shown.

thats fast for a 21", i spent an hour and a half at a job smaller than that last week, but it was my first time there and i did pick grass out of the beds from my edge line

I have a lot of yards about that size, I would charge $30 depending on the location/relation to your other jobs. Realistically, edging doesn't take very long if it's kept up....best of luck!

At least $1000.00. Can I bring my mower on the plane? Not sure I could fit a trip to TX into my schedule every week, can we make it biweekly?

At least $25.00 cut or $75.00 month. Most likely $35.00 cut/$100.00 month. You should bid according to your area.

A corner lot with a fence? That's alot of edge and trimming. I would gladly pass if I didn't get $50.
