You might should check around on some prices of new equipment. There are alot of good deals on new mowers. You could put the 4500.00 down and have no interest until Spring. Then when the good money starts to come in pay the rest off. There are some good mowers for under 7000.00 out there, and you will have a piece of new equipment. Just a thought.

I defintly agree on using the 4500 dollars as a down payment. I would recomend not buying any ztr smaller then a 60 inch. The whole point of a ztr is to cut aot of grass...fast. A small deck defeats the whole productivity factor. You can get a 60 inch ztr from 7-8,000 dollars with a air cooled gas power engine.

Paying cash is good but I'd use the 4500 to leverage a larger piece of equipment. Like the man said. Zero interest till spring. make some more cash, pay it off!:)

If you have the properties for it a bigger deck is always better. Use the money as a downpayment, smarter biz move in the long run.Shows you are credit worthy and a serious bussines man.
