Looking for the meg-mo blade system for my Ferris IS 2000 with a 61" deck. Anyone running these? Most time will be dry grass that I will be using them on. Also anyone know the price for 3 of them for the above mower?
Thanks
pete

The blades for the Ferris 61 are 21" blades with a 5/8" center hole costing $74.95@. sound high but they will out wear 3 or 4 sets of the blades that you are using now then the knives only cost $4.95@.

Ok so that is $224.85 for the 3 pieces that take the place of the blades? Then 12 replacement blades are $59.40? And your saying the 4 blades per disc will out last 3 or 4 sets of standard blades?
Thanks

Yes the meg mo blades will out wear 3 or 4 sets of the OEM style blades. With the knives being free swinging we can make the knives out of a lot better steel and we also make them 10 points harder. Where your blades get nicks like the tip of your little finger we will get one like the tip of you ball point pin.
