This was about a 1 1/2 hour job. . . Client is trying to get the house ready to sell- supposedly on a tight budget, that's why I didn't plant anything new :dizzy:.

It was 1.5 yards of coarse mulch - there was also slightly smaller garden in the back - same kind of stuff as the front, so I didn't bother with pics.

Tell me what you think. :usflag:

If you dont mind me asking. I am just curious what you would charge for this type of job. I have been doing a lot of jobs like this and I seem to be charging a good price but a lot of people look at me and say WOW that is way to high and then it is done a week later by someone else.

Looks good, but is that perennial or a weed by the garage door?

No I don't mind at all - so . . . Here's what I charged

Labor $150
Materials (mulch) $30

2 hours approx

$75 / hour.

That included pulling all those weeds out - there was also a small garden in the backyard where I trimmed a small hedge.

It looks pretty wild, but it's actually a perennial :waving:. . .not sure of the name, I've seen them in other gardens - they bloom red or purple, from what I've seen.

The garden does look pretty bare with just the lamb's ear, iris, and that little bush.

That's what I'm hoping - it might get me some jobs through the real estate agent, too - you never know.
