Ferris wbh not cutting right?

This is my first year in business and i bought a brand new 48" Ferris hydro walk behind. I have used older ferris' and they have striped and cut the grass alot better than my 08. I have to mow everything twice to get it to look good and have an even cut. the customers like it when you box their yard, but i certainly dont like loosing the time because my $5000 mower doesnt cut it right the first time. And i was also wondering about my name. I am using Ben's Lawn & Landscaping but i just dont think it is catchy enough. The best that i have came up with so far is Sweet Green's. But i want it to sound professional. Any help would be much appreciated.

Caught my attention there on the Ferris 48" Hydro as I just put in for a quote on one this morning. Looks like your $5,000 statement is a good quote barometer for me.
Not good to hear of your unhappiness and it's performance.
Trying to get myself @ a decision point with a few select choices.
The headache continues !!
