I'm contemplating selling out and taking another life direction.... I am not in a big rush, but am exploring our options. I will probably sell after this season is done.

Basic stats, (everything rounded off)

$300,000 revenue
Minneapolis and W. Wisconsin service area
Only need two application techs max in the spring

shop location rented (not attached to sale unless wanted to)
4 newer model trucks
Ride on spreaders
supply associations connected to sale.

I'm probably asking one times revenue with equipment included.

yes, we cover all metro, although most customers are in S. and E. sides. We also cover W. Wisconsin.
