Down Economy OR just Good Sales + Deal for Accounts Selling?

I just advertised 25 tiny accounts for sale on craigslist.org They generate $1,600/month on just normal maintenance. I provide tons of extras like trimming. I believe I'm asking too little because I'm getting tons of interest and calls and visits. How Much is the accounts worth? They are all on one small ST amazing! Average is $20-25 per cut. I have had this business since 2003.

Stephen, I checked Craigslist everyday an di havent seen your ad. They must be located in weston or Pembroke Pines Area. What are you asking for them?
