Opportunity to sell business- need some input

I have an opportunity to join a large landscape organization to manage the residential maintenance- they have 7 crews right now.

They will buy my 75 accounts and equipment. The owner asked me to "give him a number" of what my business is worth.

Any input on placing a value on my accounts receivables? I have talked to several business owners locally and get a variety of answers.

If anyone has some actual experience in selling maintenance accounts, I'd like to hear your thoughts.

I have bought accounts before.. 10-15% of gross income for yearly customers... probably not what you wanted to hear.
