I built this the other night while trying to figure week to week operations for lawn care. Basically, you can update it throughout the week with the comments section (i.e. say a customer wants to talk with you.) I also added a skip section which would allow you to mark it and skip at the customers request. I included a weekly and bi weekly block, and name and address blocks. You can print these and use them as daily account printouts.
If you would, have a look at this and see what improvements can be made and ill change. As you can see, it allows for monday -saturday operations and it can be updated and saved throught out the week. also includes a paid till section. When you recieve a payment, you update this.
