Is it ok to run the deck height on a 36" Hydro WB at 3 notches in the front and 4 notches in the rear. Or should the deck always be level such as 4 front and 4 rear. thanks

You need to have the pins the same all the way around.
With all of them in the same hole, the deck deck should be pitched 3/16 to 1/4 inch.
