Deck Pitch Question

I own a 37" WB and a 36" WB. What is the optimal deck pitch in long thick grass? I noticed that a lot of people on here suggest checking the deck pitch if they are not getting a good cut. Thanks in advance.

3/16 to 1/4 is a acceptable range.
Higher in the rear of course.
