View Full Version : Stick edger blade question

I have an Echo PE-2400 stick edger and I emailed Mowtownusa.com and asked which replacement blades they recommend. I received an email and told me the Stick Edger Blade 8" length, 1" center hole, 2" Wide, .125 thickness works best. My question though is the post on my edger is only 3/8" so with a 1" center hole won't that blade wobble? What do you guys think or recommend?

I thought stihl and echo were both 1" hole. Anyway, measure the blades you are currently using and center hole and go order the same....from anywhere. Can always find em for a buck apiece

I had many PE-2400's from 1992-97. They all used blades with a 1" hole.

The post is 3/8" but the mounting flanges have a recess for a 1" hole blade.
You need the blade they recommended to you. :waving:

More information on these? I imagine you mean like a circular saw blade?
