Maintenance on Trailer

I bought my first used trailer, it's a Holmes 5X8. Got a really great deal on it. The previous owner fabbed up the racks for trimmers so it's ready to go.

My question is what maintenance is needed when greasing/lubing the wheels? I don't see any zerks, just wanted to do some preventive maintenance on it.

pull the wheel bearing's and repack them with new seal's .check the brake's if any ,check all light's and wiring ,check the condition of the coupler and jack .this should cover all the basic's .good luck :)
