What is the sign on the side of the trailer made out of? Also do you know the steps in which it was done, like power washed it, sand it, paint, clear coat? I'm thinking about repainting my trailer.

Thanks

looks nice! wish i had a trailer like that.

Chestnut- if you dont mind me asking how big is your company? it seems like you are very big. I am still small but would love to grow bigger, and it seems like you have and continue to be very successful. Everything i see on here of yours is amazing. If you would rather not share that info though thats fine i am just trying to see how i can make my way up to something like you have.:waving:

Thanks
Shawn

prep work before painting the trailer? ahhh its over rated. haha  I caught a couple of the minor rust spots and thats about it. Sprayed some of it, but brushed most of it. Its rustoleum paint BTW. That expanded sheet metal is a pain to get painted. :hammerhead: But it turned out well, looks a heck of a lot better! :cool2:

1-no, didn't get the trailer off of ebay. We've had that since the beginning, some 4 or 5 years now I guess. It was john deere green waaay back in the day, then a darker green to match prez's old truck, now its black.

2- We have 5 employees. 2 being landscaping and 3 maint. + prez if he counts

The trailer looks great. How did you thin the Rustoleum? Did you use a regular automotive paint sprayer? I am getting ready to do this also. My trailers are long over due. Ok so why is the older one in the middle? Shouldn't it be in the back because its the backup unit?

Is it just me or does the trailer ramp really bowed? Looks like it needs fixed and beefed up.

Chestnut Oaks Prez

Yep, the xpanded metal is bowed from the weight of the Vermeer S600TX. If we beef it up anymore we want be able to lift it:laugh:

Maybe they use all three each lawn? Or the guy with the new walker was done first and just put it on the truck? There could be many possibilities

Buy some gorilla gate lifts or make your own like I did. My gate is very heavy, but after adding the garage spring assit you can lift it with two fingers. Your guys and your back will thank you for it.
