View Full Version : Five-Dollar Diesel

Hope everybody's having a good Spring! :)

As some of you may have noticed, Better Outdoor has been running a Free Freight promotion on all new mowers for the last little bit. Well, with diesel fuel at 5 bucks a gallon, the string on that pony is about to run out. Just as you've seen in the costs for your business, our costs for moving freight across country have gone straight-through the roof. :dizzy: For this reason, we're soon going to reinstate our normal shipping charge.

If you've been thinking about purchasing a new Quick, now's a good time to save some money. And then, please take twenty-cents of those savings and call your Congressman to tell them to start drilling ANWR before they bankrupt our Country! :hammerhead::hammerhead::hammerhead:

"friends don't let friends use belt drive mowers" i laughd i try and tell people how much nicer hydros are there like i cant afford it. one day on a hydro and you will shoot your self in the head if you have to go back to a belt. And somebody better get this country fixd up. 5 years from now will all be doing nothing. back to ripping up the grass and planting are own food. put all the paid for equipment in the barn and hope things turn around.

Whats the deal with all the crying about fuel ?

I guess you guys live in a VERY SMALL WORLD.......

I cry because im 18 my truck gets 9 miles to the gallon and 5 years ago id only pay 1.25 for gas not freaking 4.00. As for the small world though i really dont care about what gas prices are in france or italy.
