Lesco Viper deck bolt problem

Ok i have a older Lesco Viper, and the middle blade bolt will not come out of the pulley assembly. Is the assembly threaded or pressed? any ideas how i might be able to get this bolt out? I had to cut the nut off the other end because it would not come off the bolt. Please help!

PB Blaster and Mapp Gas and then pound it out. (make sure to clean the deck off first, dont want to start any fires)

Why do people tighten the s%^& outts blade bolts ?

we tried to let it soak in penetrant, and hit it with a sledgehammer:laugh:, and the bolt still wont comeout of the assembly:hammerhead:

thats how i got the mower i think they put the locktite that doesnt let go on it:laugh:
