Need help pricing apartmen!!!?? Apartment complex!

Hey All,

I am a college student and I have a started a lawn care business. I have a potential account, its two small apartment complexes, maybe about 25 apartments in each.
I need to give him a quote, but I have no idea how to go about pricing the job?
The Job will include mowing, trimming, edging, hedgework and ofcourse blowing.
Any ideas would greatly be appreciated!!!!:-)

Find out how long it will approximately take to do each week, and bid accordingly. Quote the hedge trimming seperate of course.

not being rude but you prob will get more responses if you post it somewhere besides the hardscaping section. Its awful hard to give advice on a price for mowing a place without actually looking at it. I mow an apartment complex with 40 units and i charge $200 a week, shrubs of course are extra. I can mow it in 2 hrs with a helper. IM in college too, you will learn to price things better the more experience you get.
