Those pictures are awesome. Very very nice. What did you use to mow the baseball fields with. It looks very good, especially the picture with NCAA in it and the stripes are half circles across the turf. 5 stars!!!!!

That is amazing. The precision and the straightness is incredible. Either you have an amazing talent, or you have a GPS on your mower.

If I had to guess it looks like he might be using a reel mower maybe a john deere or something like that for the outfield and some kind of roller either attached to another lawnmower or pushed I'm not real sure probably an exmark those are the best. and for the infield probably an eastman if I had to guess.

Thanks guys.

The majority of the outfield was done with a John Deere reel mower. There are a few of those where the outfield was cut with an Exmark with a roller kit.

The infield was cut with an Eastman Striper. No GPS....just a good eye ;)

To all of those people that don't think striping helps the appearance of a property keep telling yourselves that. But the proof is in the pics! great job I would love to land all the ball field contracts around here but it's done by the city mowing crews.:clapping:

That is really nice work, but I do not understand how there is no dirt from home plate to first and third back to home...it just looks funny without it imo...

AWESOME. Looks like the baselines were overseeded. Likely to get a good edge? But nonetheless very impressive

What type of mowers I'm assuming their reel mowers not rotary ZTR's. Thats some sweat work; however it's kinda of hard to compare to commercial & residential Lawn striping my customers would freak out if we tried that on their yards

So the key is reel mowers huh? Amazing stripes you have there. How often do you change the patterns up, I'm assuming it takes a few mowings to get good stripes laid down.

I usually have a pattern in the fall, and two per spring season (college). It's pretty time consuming being a coach, but the players like it and so does everyone else really. During the summer, I'll mess around with different things - mainly in the infield. Some of them work, and some don't....but it's fun to experiment
