what do you offer full time employees?

Until this point my employees have been full time just in the spring/summer. I am getting ready to add my first year round full time employee. What do you guys offer your full timers, such as benefits, etc?

Salary + Health and Dental Insurance

Insurance is 80/20 they pay 20 I pay 80 only got one full time employee

Salary is based off expected hourly rate. My employee has to work 1800 hrs between February and November to have December through January off. He usually does bidding, maintenace, runs the crews.

Good salary, health ins, bonus, truck and cell allowance (they use their own), shirts and hats.

6 full time hourly employees and thats all they get hourly + ot....one salary guy who gets half phone paid and half health/dental
