52" WB productivity

I have a Ferris 52" WB that I'm looking for productivity averages of mowers this size.
I've been doing the neighbors 1.5 acres with (94) trees in (2) hours since buying the unit three weeks ago.

Got my first "prospect account" today which is a industrial lot of 2.5 acres all open mowing, nothing to slow me down. I have no clue how fast I can knock this property off and stuck on a bid proposal. The place is within a block of my residence so I have no travel really. Could ride the mower there.

I've averaged (2) gallons of fuel for my two hour neighbors lot during the units break in period. Is this (1) gallon a hour about correct for a 52" WB pulling a 6'2" 248lber around on a Velkie with all those tree turns ?

Any help appreciated, don't want to blow my first big opportunity !!

Property mgr wants a bid by day's end which is my issue right now.
I can only guess how long it will take me seeing it's my first job.
The mowing of the 2.5 acres I think I can do in 1 1/2 hours and another 1/4 trimming. Terrain or land is pretty nice as well.
My initial thought to bid is $90 - $120 ?

Again I have no clue what a 52" deck on a WB will do in open areas.
I know this Ferris in the few open areas of my neighbors property just eats the grass at a high rate. Makes for nice easy handling as well.
Freebies and play time are over though, time to start cashing in !!
