Hustler Cutting Bad

I have a 37" hustler wb. It has cut really good until this year. It is cutting uneven, leaving small strips in the middle that are not being cut. My guys are having to go over every lawn twice. Is this caused by blades, speed, ????.

A few things to check....
Blades
Deck pitch
Belt tension
Engine RPM's
If it was cutting fine last season and not this year there has to be a reason, start with checking the above items.
