service works

has anyone had luck witha software program called "service works" i downloaded it from cnet.com but i got frustrated with it. thanks,

if it was free probably not top quality

no it was shareware like 14 day trial. it a 500 hundred dollar program. the setup itself was ok better than groundskeeper(junk)
