Need a Honda engine

Where is the cheapest place to get a Honda engine? We need a 24hp engine for our Prowler mini skid.

We just oredered one of these. It arrived damaged and they sent us a replacement shroud at no cost and no questions. Note if this is no a direct replacement you will need to order an exhaust system. Also, the pictures show a key switch but ours didn't come with one.
