This is my place, was a mess when I moved in. Planted 19, 3" trees (Pin Oaks, White Pines, Red Maples). Use a Grasshopper without a striping kit to mow with.

That looks awesome. Do you water that huge lawn, or has it been raining like crazy?

Located on the North West (Kansas) corner of Kansas City. This picture was taken in April of this year, and I do not irrigate. I'm a licensed applicator, and have 28 credit hours of Turf and Ornamental class's through our community college. I do landscaping part-time as I have a full time job as a warehouse manager.

Would like to go full time, but a knee replacement, arthritis, and old age have hindered that. Have been a reader on this site for 8 years, but have started very few threads. If need be I do have all the equipment to go full-time.

I agree! Very nice property all around. Only four posts though since 2004. I'm sure with that kind of work on your own lawn we would all like to see you around here more. I know I would definetly read your threads.

Just wondering what height you cut it at in those pics.? Also did you have the deck pitched, and if so how far?

Thanks

The deck is set at 3.75", very minor tilt to deck. I move the deck up to 4.0" as the Spring rains subside.
