I'm moving off L.I. and have decided to sell my business. Here is the rundown.

53 Residential Accounts
99 Ford F-350 4x4 Diesel 12' Landscape Dump Body (100K miles) w/ 12' Enclosed Trailer both in great shape
2 y.o. Wright Stander 36"
2 y.o. Wright Sentar Sport 52" (both well maintained)
2 backpacks
2 line trimmers
2 hedge trimmers

Everything included for complete turn key opportunity. No BS.

Most are long time happy customers. The others are newer happy customers.

I do snow removal for several customers driveways - no plow

Business easily grosses over 100K annually including all services we provide.

We currently service the Oakdale/Sayville/Bohemia areas as well as Commack/E. Northport/Hauppauge areas. We have always split this into 2 days.

Enough work for a full 5 day work week with all the "extras" that never stop coming.

Heck, I'll even throw in my employee(s).

yes i will have to get some pictures up. not a problem. prices? you mean per lawn? i still have a few that are front lawns only that i do for $25 per week. most are $32 or $35. some are $37 and $38 and the highest is $42. none of the accounts are more than a half acre. they are all priced accordingly in my opinion. the maintenance part does around $1800-$1900 per week the last time i did the math.

also here is a picture of the truck from last fall during a little snow break in the middle of clean ups. this is my 18' trailer that is NOT included. the 12' is exactly the same only 6' shorter and a single axle. i will get you pics of it soon.

I would be interested in the 12 footer and the F350..... but not the route, as I am in Nassau county. I think you may make more money on this doing piecemeal, as opposed to a turnkey operation sell, but just MHO. Sell the accounts, sell off the equipment seperately. PM me.

Easier to sell it turn key, but will likely bring in more if piecemealed out... granted, more time and headaches that way.
