I was going fast cause it was going to rain....
At first I was going to do a drip manifold there as well..After a few thoughts I decided against it and just reduced the mainline T going towoards the pine...

I slipped up a few times dropped clamps in the dirt, missed a cut..

Nothing major and she is wired and fired no leaks..

Enjoy

Can't Bartlett afford deeper valve boxes? :p

I actally bought those with my own $$....

I prefer the 6 inch standard...Why pay more for a deeper valve box...

ill take a pic of my tight manifold's finished product when I get the energy in me....

I'm a fan of putting in spare valves for the future..

How do you winterize the spare valves?

Awesome man. Great soundtrack. Triple clamping is something else. I still can't believe those clamps hold up for 20 years but I have no doubt that if they do all yours will hold up. Do you try to even out the work on each arm to keep your biceps proportionally the same?

Makes this PVC guy jealous to see all that flex in the piping!

Great vid, Cap'n.

With all that flex, why do you waste a coupler connecting the pulled line to the manifolds?

Us PVC guys just line the pulled lines up with the manifold and then hammer on the far end to slide them into the sockets.

I'm seeing a way to make some of my repairs. Get a misaligned or shifted tee. Now we 4 elbow to eliminate the stress. Why not run one or two sides with poly? PVC to poly back to PVC. May not be worth the extra inventory trouble though.

I'll get a white permanent marker and write on the poly "FIMCO WAS HERE" then they at least have somebody to cuss out.

(Thinks of installing Rain-Jet CTS poly instead of standard IPS poly)

More stuff to carry on truck? I'll pass, not enough room for what we have to have now.

Here they'd freak out, question my ancestry and parentage, then call me on the sly to ask me how to fix it!
