Belt issue

I have a 17/42. It has been to the dealer a hand full of times for the belt coming off. I have 1 acre to cut and usually have to put it on 3-4 time per cut. I heard about the fix and brought it back. After 3 week I went got It back because they told me they were not sure when they could get the parts to fix it and to just keep checking back to see. They also told me that the belt being burnt up would not be covered. Any suggestions?
