old Hustler 295 mower 72" deck

need help getting it running. hasn't ran in three years or so. I need to know what i need to change and fix to get it running so i can mow some big lawns with it. it also came with another deck and a snowblower. machine has 2600 hours and was given to me.
also can the hydro's be locked out so i can push the mower on the driveway. my fourwheeler barely pulls this huge beast!

Without seeing the mower in person I cant tell you with any confidence what it needs to get running, but I would start looking at getting the old gas out of the carb and fuel system and start there.
There is a small valve that can be loosened on the hydro pump to move the unit when its not under power.
