My deck is warped

My mower is not cutting well and I took it to my dealer for him to tell me my deck is warped. How does this happen? Would this be covered under warranty? I have not had very good luck with this mower. It typicaly uses about a half quart of oil per day and smokes alot. I also beleive I have a wheel motor about to go out. What is the deal? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

What are your model and serial #'s?
