Engaging PTO @ high Engine RPM

Is it documented anywhere that you should not engage the blade PTO at high engine RPM? Seems to me that it is less harmful to do so at a low RPM. Any thoughts out there? Thanks

Your owners manual has the information you are looking for, it state never engage the deck at high rpm or under load.
I suggest ab out 3/4 throttle when the engine is cold, less when its hot / warmed up.
You likely wont be able to engage it to low, it could stall the engine.
