My first post here in this section.

My friend has a Honda HR215 and the clutch has, over the years, been adjusted all the way and now there is no more adjusting left. When you mow the blades stop turning in normal mowing conditions. The dealer says its cheaper to buy a new mower than to fix or repair the clutch. Any thoughts from you all?? BTW, I'm quite mechanically inclined but have never repaired or replaced a Honda clutch.

Thanks for any help and or advice.

The clutch and drive plate are available for your machine. Not sure of the price in the US, but here in the UK they're about $50. I'm assuming it's the same model as listed in the UK.
What's the rest of the machine like? If it's not too much of a smoker (some older one's can puff a bit) then I'd consider repairing it.
Good luck Phil :)
