I wanted to know if you are having the same problems as I am or if you did, found a way to fix it.

First off, this machine is made for golf courses, not lawns/fields of grass that is not rolled or kept flat at all.

Okay, this machines radiator and hydraulic cooler needs to be cleaned out at least one to two times daily to keep from overheating. All the dirt and dust gets sucked through the radiator cover and into the radiator/hydraulic cooler fins. This plugs them up and causes an overheating issue.

Is there a way you have found to prevent this? Or is it just a design flaw from Toro that I have to deal with for the life of this machine?

Second, because of the location of the air filter snorkle (inside the above mentioned radiator cover,) the air filter also needs to be cleaned out about twice a day. I could probably replace the filter weekly but instead I blow it out with compressed air until it is too bad and needs replacement. The filters are kinda expensive so I was wondering if you have rerouted the snorkle elsewhere to alieveate this problem? I am considering cutting a hole in the plastic behind the seat and running it out the front where there isn't as much crap flying around from the decks.

Thanks.
