just purchased a new BCZ2401S at Florida lawn an garden. before they give u the weed eater they start it . well i could hear them starting it and i could tell that the thing was not wanting to rev up . and i dont think they let it warm up at all..
well now that i have it and when i first start it in the morning it starts up an idles. but when i give it gas slowly it dies. seems it takes for ever to warm up and run fine.. is this normal?

Take it back to the dealer and have them adjust the high and low mixture screws....they should have the tools and the replacement caps to do the job. They should also have the procedure to do it........

That's just darn annoying for you. They take your money and then you have the inconvenience of retuning it to have it set up. Figure they owe you a 20% discount off your next purchase:)
