Well the injector pump got weak and the machine didn't want to start when it got hot ,so that was the start of things.The low sulfur fuel is causing lots of problems with the pimps now.Doesn't lub as good.

It was running hotter then it use to also.So find out the fan pulleys was wore and needed replaced,plus going to replace some of the radiator cores that was seeping when i got the machine.

SOOOOOOO ! Here it sets until they get the pump rebuilt and that hopefully will be first of next week.Swamped with work and guy called today wanting me to build a big pond and one of the dozers is down and i'm behind already!!!!!!!

As Ron says it's good to be working or at least have work i guess since the machine is down.:cry::usflag:

Well thats probably the original injection pump and yes the low sulphur diesel isn't good for mechanical pumps. And rads fail over time and need recoring.

You need put diesel additive to help injector pump.

I used to work with trucker driver. i see they put 1 gal of additive in 60 Gal of diesel and no problem with injector pump.

You add howes to your storage tank so you have additive in all your fuel. I think its one jug of Howes to 300-400 gallons of fuel.

We dump 2 1/2 gallons of 2 stroke engine oil into our 3000 liter tank of diesel fuel and then use diesel treatment in the other tank for the vehicles, we might smoke a little blue every now and then, but at least that's not injector pump money going out the pipes.
