Your Chevy looked sooo darn good I wouldn't trade it. I have my beater work trucks and my go to "Church" truck. The go to "Church" truck will replace a beater when the cost of the repair no longer warrants keeping the beater. The good news is I get another nice new "Church" truck. My work trucks keep on improving as we go along with options. No longer are the days with the 4 spd transmissions and two way air conditioning and the vinyl seat.

I have a cummins like that. I can't see using a $30k truck for this kind of work when you can buy really really good trucks for much less. I'm only 22. I had a 01 GM 1500 when I bought my dodge. Brand new. Off the lot. My buddies had them and they were BA. I wouldn't do it again. Too much money now. It's paid for - but I still should have saved it for a nicer house.

I would be questioning why the truck has been traded in so soon. A truck that is only 2 years old with low miles. Is the dealer trying to give you a good deal because the truck is a lemon.

As for Dodges warranty better read the fine print. There are guys here with new Dodges that the dealers won't fix the truck because its not part of the warranty.

I would be getting a history on that truck before you buy it the dealer could be rubbing their hands together they found a sucker to get the lemon mobile off the lot.

truck was traded in when ford came out wit the F450. dealer is a friend of the family(he would lose alot of business if he tried to sucker me) my moms company buys atleast 2-3 trucks from him every year

You have to think about those things why is a new truck traded in, whats wrong with it. I can see a truck 4 years old because usually leases are based on 4 years or they are here.

If you know the dealer then go for it.

No lemons in '06. That is one of the better built diesel trucks currently out there and the price is gold. The leaf springs are not off of a 1500 either so don't start there:laugh:

well my friend just hit 30mpg on the freeway last week heading to Georgia. Its a 2004 dodge 2500 cummins. Its got stacked computes with 33" all terrains. I think thats pretty damn good for a 3/4 ton. it averages 18mpg in the city.

That silver is sick. If it were me I'd spend the money on a cab over Isuzu. But thats just me!
