Used Treflan in shrub beds this spring to prevent weeds. Some product got on the grass and is causing major issues. Didnt show up until first hot spell of the year-then dramatic browning, died out in worst areas, and stunted grass nearby. Anyone else had issues with this? Any feedback needed. Cant find any documentation of turfgrass damage from this product. Plan to use activated charcoal to try to neutralize any remaining product.
