General Overseeding ?'s

I am in the process of purchasing, or leasing a billy goat os. What type of seeds do you have the best luck with? I have some high end zoysia sod, and some bermuda. I seem to have many customers intrested in this, the grass dies out every summer, and this will give them a second chance to do it right and turn their sprinklers on?
