I am 16 years old and next year i am going solo. I tried to make it work with two buddies and it was a flop. SO when I go solo should i create a contract and have all my residential acconts sign a contract and if i am to get a commercial account should they sign a contract. Or should I do something else. Not sure what to do. All help is appreciated.

Thanks Guys

A contract/service agreement is good, an example is the one whoopassonthebluegrass made.

I am unsure of legalitlies on my operation, but I have an llc with my father. I am 16, and employ my brother (15) I pay workers comp. on him, and I am unsure how that works out. PM me for more info and I will get in touch with somebody on that one. I also carry liability insure on the business, and carry full coverage on my equipment. My truck and trailer is insuranced through the farm?

Thanks,
