22hp liquid cooled kawasaki or 25hp Kohler?

I am preparing to purchase a ztr to replace my 48 inch Hustler Shortcut. I have been considering both the 52 inch Turf Tiger and the Z Master. I have tried both and found both to be great machines. I am however going to go with the Toro because of superior product support. Would you recommend the 22hp Kawasaki liquid cooled or the 25hp Kohler?

Plus you can still get a Peco vac for it not beeing LC.

I have had good luck with the 25 Kohler, some have not. I have used the 22 LC on a 60 and it was not enough for spring cutting. The 22 on a 52 should be plenty of power.

Do you plan on keeping this mower for a long time?
Are you talking about both being 52" decks?
Are they asking the same price for both engines?

If you answered yes to these questions, then, without a doubt, go with the LC Kawasaki on the TORO. However, this probably isn't a new unit (maybe a leftover?), as they dont make the 22hp LC Kawi anymore.

Also, make sure that its a 52", as the 22 has some power issues in the thick stuff on a 60".
